Booking & cancellation

A deposit is required when booking and is applied toward the appointment.

The deposit may be refunded if the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice and the patient chooses not to reschedule. If the patient reschedules, the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are subject to a $100 charge.
